I offer creative yoga flows with clear cues and lots of variations to bring your practice to whatever level is ideal for your body right now, whether this is your first time on the mat as a beginner, or you're exploring more advanced poses in your practice. I'm here to build confidence and strength with you on and off the mat. You'll find powerful vinyasa flows focused on building an intentional connection between the breath and movement of the body, as well as building awareness of your alignment and physical patterns.
