What Is Your WHY?

Flamingo Yoga Maya has been created by myself, Anna, whereby I encourage my students to live a well-balanced lifestyle. This is key. I do this through my weekly yoga classes - ‘YOUR WHY’ YOGA - classes to celebrate and nurture your goals and escape the stress of everyday life, whilst designing the life you want. We own and share our ‘WHY’ in class to drive us forward and inspire others! My classes are relaxed and fun, helping people move more in their day-to-day lives, stretch and feel their bodies more, and calm their minds...all with a smile on their face! Yoga is for everybody and every body. I enjoy teaching all levels of yoga - but especially love watching the development of a beginners practice and see the joy within my students as they push through boundaries, both mentally and physically. Am I the right teacher for you? If you are looking to make a change in your life - emotionally, mentally and physically - all in a relaxed and friendly environment, where we as a class group own and share our whys, then the answer is yes! Marjorie - our flamingo, joins us in the studio in all classes and is quickly becoming a pro at the balancing poses!
